Warranty & Repairs
Complaints and Legal Guarantee
Who should you contact?
If you have a question, complaint or legal guarantee claim about a product, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased it.
The store or web shop where you purchased the product is the seller and is responsible for handling your complaint or legal guarantee claim. If necessary, the retailer may contact No Excess for support.
Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation or bank statement showing where and when you have bought the product.
If you purchased the item from the No Excess web shop, please contact us by using our contact form.
Legal Guarantee
Does an item not meet what you can reasonably expect from it? Then you are entitled to the legal guarantee. Please contact the seller where you have bought the item.
Depending on the circumstances, the seller will first offer a free repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund.

Repairs & Care
Repairing Your Garment
If spare parts were supplied with your garment, you may use them for a repair. For example, many garments with buttons include a spare button that can be used to replace a lost or damaged one.
A standard button can often be sewn on at home. For a press stud, snap fastener or jeans button, we recommend asking a tailor, clothing repair specialist or another qualified professional for help.
These repair suggestions are optional. You do not have to repair the item yourself, and choosing not to do so does not affect your legal guarantee rights
Care & Maintenance Guide
For the best care, follow the instructions on the care label and see our Maintenance Guide. It contains practical advice on washing, drying, ironing and caring for your garment.
